Delivery Information

Please allow 48-72 business hours to pass for your shipment to be found in the system and to start updating.

Delivery for orders going to the United States or Canada typically takes 5-16 business days from the day they were picked up from our warehouse.

Shipping to all other countries, besides those listed above, normally takes 14-30 business days for delivery to be made.

Busy Season: 20-40 Days

If your tracking status reads, On Its Way to USPS this does not mean your item has not left our warehouse yet, but rather our shipping partner is transporting the package from our warehouse to a USPS location near you.
